  • Established Konzern Laser - Renda Plant (area: 4,600 m²), investing in Mitsubishi laser systems from Japan. The main business focus is on sheet metal and metal components for traditional industries.

  • Purchased the Japanese AMADA RG-100 CNC press brake to expand sheet metal bending services and broaden product offerings.

  • Invested in welding equipment, with TIG argon welding and CO2-MAG as the primary welding methods.

  • ERP system implementation, moving process management towards digitalization.
  • Added automated material warehousing.

  • Established Gold Chains Sheet Metal in Yongkang, Tainan – primarily focused on the production of gaming machines for export.

  • Established Kao Chang Precision in Gangshan, Kaohsiung (area: 9,600m²), officially starting the production of semiconductor equipment frame assembly.

  • Established the Konzern Yanchao Plant (area: 5,560m²), specializing in precision sheet metal production. The plant engages in technical and production exchange and cooperation with Japanese sheet metal companies and exports to major Japanese semiconductor equipment manufacturers.
  • ISO-14001、ISO-18001 certificated

  • Added CNC milling machines to independently produce machined components.

  • Purchased CMS WaterJet cutting equipment to expand into non-metal material processing.

  • Acquired Japanese MITUTOYO gantry CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) for precision measurement.

  • Installed powder coating equipment at the Yanchao and Gangshan plants to maintain the quality of product coating.
  • Achieved TTQS Silver Certification.

  • Established the Konzern Hsinchu Plant (area: 7,920 m²), specializing in semiconductor precision sheet metal, frames/enclosures, and equipped with a Class 10,000 cleanroom.
  • The Hsinchu Plant obtained ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System certification.
  • Certified by a major European semiconductor equipment manufacturer, becoming an official supplier.
