Konzern Laser, established in 1990 under the leadership of General Manager Hsiao-Jen Lü, began with its Renda Plant focusing on traditional industries. Over time, additional plants were established in Gangshan, Yanchao, and Hsinchu. Today, the company has a workforce of 300 employees and officially entered the semiconductor industry in 2012.
